“It is only religion, in particular our Buddha Dharma, which offers the sanity and fearlessness needed to get through difficulties, such as the ones we have now and the ones to come, which could be very difficult indeed, as the consequences of these activities, and so on of the last six months really unwind  in people’s lives.”

Mind Training Teaching (detail to be confirmed)

A teaching on one of the texts included in the Lojong Gyatsa, a collection of mind training teachings compiled by Zhonnu Gyalchok and Konchog Gyaltsen in the fifteenth century. The lojong teachings have their source in the Mahayana teachings of the Buddha and the classic works of Shantideva, Nagarjuna and Asanga that flowed from these.  With an unparalleled directness, they allow us to transform all situations, positive and negative, into the path of awakening.
