Dechen London is a Tibetan Buddhist centre in West London offering meditation, Buddhist philosophy and traditional teachings drawn from the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Located in Notting Hill, we provide a calm and welcoming space for both newcomers and established practitioners to study, meditate and explore the Buddhist path.

Buddhism & Meditation Classes
These in-person Buddhism and meditation classes take place at our Buddhist temple in Notting Hill, London, in the presence of beautiful golden Buddhas, intricate paintings and colourful Tibetan carpets. It’s the perfect place for anyone wanting to relax into finding out more about the true nature of their mind.
Each session offers an in depth look at the Buddha’s teachings and how they relate to the path. Topics covered include the importance of ethical behaviour, the types and aims of meditation, and how to approach practice of the Vajrayana.
