This class on everyday life is taught by our own Ben Joyce. We are living at a time of great technological advancement, political liberty and (for many of us) material wellbeing... and yet it is hard to shake off a sense of underlying dissatisfaction. How does Buddhism explain this, and how can it teach us to find real freedom?

The course is suitable for anyone, whether new to Buddhism or already familiar with the basic principles.
