A welcoming introduction to the foundations of Tibetan Buddhism, designed for those new to meditation and Buddhist thought. These Saturday morning classes combine clear, accessible teachings with the practice of shamatha (calm-abiding) meditation, helping you develop stability, clarity, and ease of mind. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and an interest in exploring how these timeless teachings can be applied in everyday life.

Booking is not necessary but it is helpful for us to know who’s coming!

Classes are free but donations are most welcome.
