Come and learn about Buddhist philosophy and meditation in one session!
The sessions include detailed instruction in calm abiding meditation, followed by an engaging presentation of one of the key points of the Buddha’s teachings.
Run by experienced instructors, all of whom have been received and studied many teachings from such masters as His Holiness Sakya Gongma Trichen, Karma Thinley Rinpoche and Lama Jampa Thaye.

Essentials of Tibetan Buddhism
